Registration Fees: Registration fees include access to conference sessions, conference materials, breaks, three receptions, and lunch on Tuesday. Additional fees are required for optional field trips [more about field trip registration] and workshops. Lodging (see below) and travel are the registrant's responsibility.
One-day registration includes access to conference sessions, breaks and reception ONLY on the specific day of registration.
Guest registration includes access to the evening receptions ONLY and guests must be registered by a conference registrant. Registered guests may participate in the optional field trips at the same fee as meeting registrants.
- Student Travel Awards: We will offer small travel awards to a limited number of students who might not otherwise be able to attend. Details on applying will be provided soon.
- Registration Refund Policy: ASU will refund your registration fees, minus a $25 Processing Fee, if your cancellation notice is submitted in writing and postmarked or faxed on or before April 15, 2010. NO REFUND will be granted if the cancellation notice does not arrive by fax by April 15, 2010, or does not bear a clear identifiable postmark of April 15, 2010, or earlier. Lodging
- CSPO has reserved a block of rooms at the Tempe Mission Palms hotel at the conference rate of $159 per night for single or double room ($10 per person additional for triple and quadruple) plus taxes. The conference rate is available for the conference dates, May 16-19, and 3 days before the conference and 3 days following the conference. To receive the conference rate, room reservations must be made by April 15, 2010.
- In addition, there is a $10.95 per room per night Hospitality Fee which covers airport transportation, valet parking, access to the health club and fitness center, local and toll-free calls, high-speed wireless Internet access, incoming fax service, and daily newspaper delivery.
- Each individual is responsible for making his/her own reservation by either calling the hotel directly at 480-894-1400 or 1-800-547-8706 and requesting the TRPS group rate, or online and enter the group code 2TK25K.
- To receive the conference rate, room reservations must be made by April 15, 2010. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space only basis and may be at a higher rate. Guestroom reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for one night's accommodation.
- The Tempe Mission Palms provides transportation for individual travelers to and from Phoenix's Sky Harbor International airport every half-hour, 5:30am-10:30pm daily. Courtesy phones are located in the baggage claim area of the airport; dial #31. The operator will ask which terminal you are in and direct you accordingly to the blue diamond sign. Tempe Mission Palms vans are white and have the hotel logo on them.
