David E. Winickoff

University of California, Berkeley

David E. Winickoff has been a tenure-track faculty member at the University of California, Berkeley, since 2004.

Working across the fields of law, bioethics, and STS, Winickoff conducts research on the interaction of science, norms, and politics of human health and the environment, with a particular focus on the governance of biotechnology.

He holds degrees from Yale College, Cambridge University, and Harvard Law School.
