Transportation

So that you can make arrangements most convenient to your own schedule, we leave it up to you to purchase your own plane tickets which we will reimburse you for.

The most convenient airport for the workshop is Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) which offers direct flights from 89 US cities and 17 cities in Canada, Mexico, and Europe.

The workshop will be held at Saguaro Lake Ranch which is about 45 minutes east of the airport and ASU’s Tempe Campus.  We will be arranging transportation to the Ranch from the airport.  Make sure that you forward us your arrival and departure times so that we can properly set up your transportation.

Please purchase your plane tickets early to limit the costs of your travel as much as possible.  In order to facilitate transportation once you arrive, please make sure to forward your flight information to Geri Eastman (geri.eastman@asu.edu) as early as possible.
